Eiffel interface to the "C" MPC library. This library requires you to build GMP(http://gmplib.org/), MPFR(http://www.mpfr.org/) and MPC(http://www.multiprecision.org/). It depends on eGMP and eMPFR.

To build on Windows I recommend MSYS. To build on 64-bit Windows I recommend MSYS and MinGW64. In the project settings dialog I needed to include the file "C:\MinGW_64\lib\gcc\x86_64-w64-mingw32\4.4.5\libgcc.a".
